Asian here. You don't need a recipe for it to be "authentic". Also, rice paper are for fresh spring rolls...anyway, they look nice!

Pro tip, next time you make bacon, save the grease. Then next time you fry something, use 1/2 oil, 1/2 grease. Fucking. Amazing.

Source: I'm vietnamese and make it all the time. The rice paper is thicker than the ones used for spring rolls. It doesn't bubble
