Beginners Pathway to Padel 🎾 12pm - 1pm every Monday for four weeks with Coach Freddie. Looking to get started in padel? Our Beginners Pathway to Padel is designed to introduce you to the game and help you build the skills and confidence to get out on court. One hour is never long enough to learn a sport, with this you have four sessions lined up to set you up for enjoying Padel. Across the sessions, you'll learn the fundamentals of padel in a friendly and supportive environment, covering everything from basic racket skills, serving and scoring to court positioning, shot selection and using the walls. Whether you're completely new to the sport or have only played a few times, this course will help you develop your game, understand the rules and prepare you to enjoy playing matches independently. No previous experience required – Balls and racquets included in your booking.
