Beginners Pathway to Padel

New to padel, or not quite confident enough to join a match? Over six weekly sessions, our expert coach will teach you the core skills of padel in a small, friendly group with players at your level. You'll learn the basic shots, including serves, volleys and using the glass, along with positioning, teamwork with your partner, and the rules and scoring. Then you'll put it all together in real matches. By the end of the six weeks, you'll be ready to play matches with confidence and start your padel journey.
