Nathan's Improvers Course

For players who have completed the beginners course or are already beyond beginner level. This 4 week course will aim to build your confidence on court, focusing on all aspects of the game whether technical or tactical. Week 1: Playing at the net, Volleys + Overheads Week 2: Defending the back glass and side glass, simple defensive drills Week 3: Taking the net position, drills & games focused on lobs and defending lobs Week 4: Matchplay tactics, learning how to build the point and rally with consistency
