Across four progressive sessions, you’ll develop greater consistency, improve your court positioning and build the tactical awareness needed to play with confidence. Each week focuses on a key area of the game, including shot selection, effective use of the walls, net play, movement and communication with your partner. Combining focused drills with coached match play, the programme will help you turn technique into effective performance under pressure. It’s ideal for players who understand the fundamentals and are ready to become smarter, more composed and more competitive on court.
