Padel Focused Gym session Circuit training gym sessions led by our sports performance PT - Oscar Jackson. Taking place in our well equipped gym, just at the back of the center behind court 11. You'll be guided through a workout designed around enhancing your movement, technique and performance on court. Including the following rounds: Warm up Strength plyometrics coordination Conical pulley - focusing on swing technique. Welcome to Padel Tennis at rocks lane, Chiswick, London. Situated just 200m from Turnham Green tube station in the beating heart of Chiswick W4 you will find the very latest public Padel tennis facility. 12 Padel courts sit on Chiswick Common at Rocks Lane Multi Sports Centre and are available to all. Fllodlight switches are located on courts 7-12 for players. Competitive and Friendly matches will automatically will be cancelled 48 hours in advance if four players are not confirmed.
