Glass & Corner Defense

Develop confidence and consistency when defending from the back of the court, especially in the corners. You will: * Improve positioning before and after the rebound. * Read the wall, ball trajectory, and speed earlier. * Learn when to use the glass and when to play before the second bounce. * Stay balanced and controlled under pressure. * Develop deeper and safer defensive shots. * Use the lob to create time. * Recover your position after defending. * Improve communication and spacing with your partner.
