Whether it’s improving your volleys, developing your serve, or learning to read the game better, you’ll build the skills and understanding needed to elevate your performance. 🎾 Advanced Techniques — Improve the quality and effectiveness of your volleys, overheads, and smashes. Learn to develop greater control, power, and accuracy in attacking situations. 🎾 Tactics & Patterns of Play — Understand when and why to use specific shots. Develop smarter point construction, better positioning, and effective strategies to help you take control of rallies. 🎾 Match Play Scenarios — Apply your skills in realistic game situations without the intensity of full competition. Build confidence, improve decision-making, and learn to manage points more effectively. 🎾 Glass Class — Master the Glass Build confidence using the back and side glass. Learn to read the rebound, improve your movement and timing, and make better decisions when playing from the back of the court. 🎾 Volleys — Control the Net Improve your volley technique and learn how to use different types of volleys to control the pace and direction of the point. Develop better positioning and learn when to attack and when to play with control. 🎾 Overheads — Make the Right Choice Develop more consistent and effective overheads, including the bandeja and smash. Learn how to position yourself, choose the right shot, and use overheads to maintain pressure and control the point. 🎾 Taking the Net — Own the Advantage Learn how and when to move forward and take control of the net. Improve your transition from defence to attack, move effectively as a pair, and understand how to maintain your position once you get there. 🎾 Serve & Return — Start the Point Strong Improve the quality of your serve and return while learning what to do with the next shot.
