This friendly 1-hour session will cover the basics of padel, including how the game works, scoring, court positioning, using the glass, simple shots and serving. You’ll get plenty of time on court with coaching tips throughout, plus a chance to practise in fun game-based drills. No experience needed — just come ready to play! With Ryan Young
