Learn the fundamentals of controlling the net through better volleys, positioning, and movement. You will: * Improve forehand and backhand volley technique. * Develop stable racket preparation. * Use compact and controlled movements. * Control direction, depth, and height. * Learn correct net positioning. * Understand basic approach and recovery. * Move and communicate effectively as a pair. Control the net first. Attack when the opportunity appears.
