A coaching course designed specifically for padel players aged 50+ who want to improve their matchplay, tactical awareness, and confidence on court. This course focuses on playing smarter, not harder. You’ll learn how to use positioning, shot selection, patience and teamwork to control points and put pressure on your opponents, without relying solely on speed or power.
