Group Session with Ben (level 1.5-2.5)

Group sessions will focus on developing an area of the game (e.g., volleys or using the glass) that will vary each week. The sessions will involve drills to improve the skills followed by conditioned point play to highlight and focus on the skill of the week. This will be a fun session to help improve both technically and tactically.
