Ready to learn, improve and have fun on court? Our ladies-only padel coaching course is designed for women of all abilities, from complete beginners to players looking to develop their game. In a friendly, relaxed and supportive environment, our qualified coaches will help you build confidence and improve your technique. Sessions cover essential padel skills including serving, returning, volleys, lobs, positioning, shot selection and match play.
