Intro to Padel

New to Padel? this is the perfect place to start. Our Intro to Padel session is designed for complete beginners and will teach you everything you need to get started. Our Head Coach Rick will guidde you through the basic rules, scoring, court positioing and key shots before giving you the chance to put everything into practice on court. No previous experience is necessary all all equipment can be provided, just bring yourself and a pair of trainers! By the end of the session you'll have the confidence to join beginner socials, book courts with friends and continue your Padel journey at The Heart of Padel.
