Beginner Coaching: Moving to the Net

Beginner Coaching: Moving to the Net This session is part of the Beginner Coaching rotation and focuses on moving from the back of the court to the net. It is coached throughout and suitable for players rated 0 to 1.5. You will work on positioning, playing the lob, and when to move forward to the net. The session runs with structured coaching followed by supervised play so you can put what you have learned into practice. This week focuses on moving to the net, but the session is self contained so you do not need to have attended the other weeks in the rotation.
