This clinic is designed to help you stop chasing the ball, understand the rebounds and start using the glass with confidence! 🎯 WHAT YOU'LL LEARN ✔️ Back Glass Basics — understand how the ball rebounds and when to let it hit the glass. ✔️ Footwork & Positioning — learn where to stand, how to move and how to create space for your shot. ✔️ Forehand & Backhand Defence — develop proper technique to return balls after the glass. ✔️ Reading the Rebound — recognise when to play the ball before or after it hits the glass. ✔️ Defensive Lobs — learn to return difficult balls safely and give yourself time to recover. ✔️ Simple Match Decisions — stay calm and choose safer shots instead of panicking. ⏱️ 90-MINUTE CLINIC ✅ BY THE END OF THIS CLINIC You'll be able to: ✔️ Understand basic glass rebounds ✔️ Position yourself better before hitting ✔️ Return routine back-glass balls with more confidence ✔️ Use defensive lobs to gain time ✔️ Stay calmer and make better decisions during rallies Stop running away from the glass.
