Gameplay Situations and Point Play - Beginner

A game-based session focused on understanding what to do in different match situations. Players will work through realistic point scenarios including defending vs attacking, winning and maintaining the net, court positioning and choosing the right shot for the situation. The focus is on developing better decision-making and understanding of the game through coached scenarios and point play, rather than technical shot drills. Level requirement: Suitable for beginner players who know the basic shots and are comfortable rallying and maintaining a point. Not suitable for complete first-time players.
