Intro To Padel

Never played padel before? This is the perfect place to start! Our Intro to Padel session is designed for complete beginners and anyone who wants to learn the basics in a fun, relaxed environment. You’ll be introduced to the rules, scoring, basic shots, serving, positioning and how to use the walls. With plenty of time to practise and get a feel for the game, you’ll build confidence while meeting other new players and enjoying your first taste of padel.
