Intro 2 Padel

New to padel? This is the perfect place to start. Our intro session is designed for complete beginners or those with very little experience. You'll learn the basics; rules, scoring, grips and key techniques - in a fun, relaxed environment. Led by our Padel + Play coaching team, the focus is on building confidence, understanding court positioning, and developing simple rally skills. No equipment or partner needed - just bring your energy, and we'll take care of the rest!
