Carbon Beginners Clinic Groundstrokes & Defense

Train using the M3 Academy Methodology framework and work on learning ground strokes like forehands and backhands from the back of the court and using the glass. Each week the focus will vary to cover different tactical situations centred on becoming comfortable playing with the glass from the back of the court.
