Beschreibung

Levelling on Playtomicu taseme hindamine teatud kriteeriumite alusel. Treeneri juhendite järgi teevad osalejad läbi kõik peamised padelilöögid- eestkäsi, tagakäsi, volled, bandeja jm.+ kombineeritud harjutused. Sessioon lõpeb 10-15 min punktimänguga. Edasi mõne päeva jooksul näed oma muudetud taset. Tere tulemast! Uksekood 5271#
