Want to stay at the net when opponents lob you? For players of any level who want to learn or refine the bandeja — the controlled overhead that keeps you in control. What you’ll work on: Body position and rotation for a stable base Contact point above your head, slightly to the side Keeping the ball deep and low Introducing the bandeja into real point situations Group class of up to 4 players — hands-on, high-rep, adapted to whoever’s on court.
