In this fast-paced hour, our coaches break down key shots and tactical habits to help you transition smoothly from casual play into competitive rallies! 🎯 Session Focus A focused 60 minutes blending mechanical refinement and structured drills: Mastering the Glass: Building trust with the back wall and learning how to read the bounce correctly. Net Control & Volleys: Developing a stable, confident volley technique to take charge at the net. Court Positioning & Movement: Understanding when to push forward, when to fall back, and how to work as a team with your partner. Serving & Returns: Sharpening serve consistency and executing controlled return-of-serves.
