In this weekly group lesson, players learn how to play with more confidence at the net. They work on volleys, correct positioning and when to move forward during a rally. Moesha explains everything clearly so players can use it directly in matches.

Play on 13 indoor courts (12 doubles and 1 singles court) with a 12 metre high ceiling and climate control, plus an outdoor court. After your match, refuel at our restaurant NÒVO or train in the XNRGY Gym right next to the courts. Ready to play? Please note: bringing your own basket of balls to the court is not allowed.
