Build confidence on the backhand side of the court. Suitable for players of all levels who want to improve their technique and become more comfortable using the backhand during points. What you’ll work on: Correct preparation and contact Footwork and timing Cross-court control Backhand slice after the wall Group class of up to 4 players — hands-on exercises and high repetition adapted to the group.
