Level: Playtomic 2–3 (Intermediate) Training Programme Policy — 20 Sessions Duration: 4 January – 2 July 2027 Payment for the course covers all 20 scheduled training sessions. 1. Scheduled Breaks — Basel-Stadt school holidays No regular classes will take place during: • Fasnachts- und Sportferien: 6 – 21 February 2027 (2 weeks) • Frühjahrsferien (Easter): 20 March – 4 April 2027 (2 weeks) • Ascension Day (Auffahrt): 6 May 2027 2. Absences & Make-Up Classes If a player cannot attend a session, they must contact their coach at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson and complete the club's official absence form, indicating which class they cannot attend and in which make-up week they wish to make it up. If the notification is submitted later, a make-up option will not be available. Make-up weeks: 8 – 12 February, 22 – 26 March and 28 June – 2 July 2027. During these weeks the club will open make-up classes for both morning and afternoon groups. 3. Refunds & Cancellations No refunds will be issued for missed classes due to personal reasons. Only if a session is cancelled by the club/coach will it be reimbursed (e.g., credited to the player's Playtomic wallet). No partial refunds will be made once the programme has started. 4. Injuries & Force Majeure Withdrawal In case of injury or any other force majeure reason that requires a player to withdraw from the course, they must contact the coach immediately to evaluate the situation. The club may request supporting documentation if necessary. The coach will determine the available options (temporary pause, special arrangements, etc.) in accordance with club policy. 5. Abwesenheiten & Nachholtrainings Wer an einem Training nicht teilnehmen kann, muss den Coach mindestens 48 Stunden vorher informieren und das offizielle Abwesenheitsformular des Clubs ausfüllen (welches Training verpasst wird und in welcher Nachholwoche es nachgeholt werden soll). Bei späterer Meldung ist kein Nachholen möglich. Nachholwochen: 8. – 12. Februar, 22. – 26. März und 28. Juni – 2. Juli 2027. In diesen Wochen bietet der Club Nachholtrainings am Vormittag und am Nachmittag an. 3. Rückerstattungen & Absagen Für aus persönlichen Gründen verpasste Trainings erfolgt keine Rückerstattung. Nur vom Club/Coach abgesagte Trainings werden erstattet (z. B. als Guthaben in der Playtomic-Wallet). Nach Programmstart sind keine Teilrückerstattungen möglich. 4. Verletzungen & höhere Gewalt Bei Verletzung oder einem anderen Fall höherer Gewalt, der einen Austritt aus dem Kurs erfordert, bitte sofort den Coach kontaktieren. Der Club kann bei Bedarf entsprechende Nachweise verlangen. Der Coach legt die möglichen Optionen fest (vorübergehende Pause, Sonderregelungen usw.) gemäss den Clubrichtlinien. 5.
