New to padel? This Beginner Course is the perfect place to start! Across the course, you’ll learn the fundamentals of padel, including forehands, backhands, serving, volleys, using the glass, court positioning and basic tactics. Sessions combine coaching, fun drills and match play to help you build confidence and develop the skills you need to start playing games and socials independently. No previous padel experience required.
