Introduction to Padel is a relaxed, beginner-friendly session designed to get you on court and playing with confidence. Led by one of our coaches, you'll learn the basics, from grip and core shots to the rules and how the walls come into play. There's no experience needed, so all you need to do is turn up and give it a go. It's the perfect first step into the game, a great way to meet other new players and the easiest way to become part of the community.
