New to padel? This is the perfect place to start! 🎾 Whether you’ve never played before or you’ve only stepped on a padel court a few times, this class will help you build the basics and feel confident on court. What you’ll learn: * Basic rules and scoring * Grip, ready position and fundamental technique * Forehand and backhand * Serve and return * How to move and position yourself on court * Understanding the walls and how to use them * Basic tactics and how to play your first points The focus is on learning through practice, with plenty of time on court and exercises adapted to complete beginners. **Group class of up to 4 players** — personal attention, lots of repetition and a relaxed atmosphere where you can learn at your own pace.
