New to padel? No problem! Our Intro to Padel session is designed for complete beginners who want to learn the basics in a fun and relaxed environment. You’ll be introduced to the rules, scoring, basic shots and how to use the glass, while getting plenty of time on court to practise and play. Our coach will guide you through everything you need to know, so you can leave feeling more confident and ready to join in with regular padel sessions.
