Padel Tactical & Technical Session — 1h30 4 players — Same level The objective is to understand how to play padel, not only how to hit the ball. During the session, we will work on: * Court positioning: where you should be and why. * Movement: how to move together with your partner. * Tactical decisions: what ball to play depending on the situation. * Technique: using each shot with a clear tactical purpose. * Attack & defence: understanding when to defend, when to move forward and when to attack. * Point construction: how to build a point instead of trying to win it immediately. * Communication: constantly communicating with your partner. * Team structure: maintaining the correct distance and position between both players. The structure of the game DEFEND → BUILD → GAIN POSITION → ATTACK → FINISH The main goal is for players to understand where they should be, what they should do and why they should do it in every situation.
