Good defense starts with knowing how to use the walls. In this clinic, we’re focusing on everything that happens at the back of the court: reading rebounds, positioning, footwork, and getting comfortable playing off the glass. Through targeted drills and game situations, you’ll learn how to handle tough shots, stay in the point, and turn defense into opportunities to take back the net.
