At The 108 our Group Coaching Sessions are designed for players who want to develop every aspect of their game in a small, high-quality coaching environment. Our coaches focus not only on technique but also on decision-making, helping you understand when and why to play each shot. - Groundstrokes and volleys - Wall play (glass) - Bandeja and víbora - Bajada de pared - Rulo - Smashes and overheads - Lobs and chiquitas - Serving and returning - Net positioning and transitions - Defensive and attacking tactics - Match strategy, movement, and communication Every session is tailored to the level and objectives of the group. While a specific theme may be introduced for each class, coaches will adapt drills and exercises to ensure every player is challenged and receives individual feedback throughout the session
