Additional information description: A competitive tournament for 8 players at level 1.2 or higher who will compete in pairs. This Americano is played over at least 7 rounds, so the pairs against each other at least once. Each round is played to best of 18 and each ball is worth one point. Each team serves 2 times, then the serve is passed to the opponent. If a match finishes 10-8. Pair 1 get 10 points. Pair 2 get 8 points. When all rounds have been played the Pair that has collected the most points wins the tournament. Players are invited for free drinks and nibbles afterwards. We operate two high-specification, panoramic doubles courts with fully-automated access and regulation LED lighting, all covered by a 9m high canopy for year-round play (and high lobs!). Whether you’re stepping onto the court for the first time or ready for your next big match, our facilities are designed to make padel friendly, accessible and fun. A racket vending machine is available with adult and junior rackets are in stock. A ball and accessory vending machine which sells tubes of balls, overgrips, sweatbands snacks and drinks. Payment for the vending machines is by contactless only (no cash). We are an LTA registered venue. Coaching is available with Natalie Gill. Nat has represented Team GB and captain’s Yorkshire Ladies and has been a padel coach for 6 years, qualified with Padel MBA coach levels 1 and 2. Natalie coaches all ages ensuring that it’s fun, engaging players go away with many teaching points.
