Kuvaus

In this session, we’ll focus on the key overhead shots in padel: the bandeja, víbora, smash, and rulo. You’ll learn when to use each shot, how to position your body, and how to generate control, spin, and power. We’ll work on technique through specific drills and gradually bring the shots into realistic rally situations. By the end, you’ll have a better understanding of how to use each overhead effectively in your matches.
