Kuvaus

Master the Glass Build confidence defending from the back of the court and learn how to use the glass effectively. We’ll work on reading the rebound, positioning, movement and technique when defending off the back and side glass, before applying these skills to realistic game situations. Level requirement: Suitable for beginner to intermediate players.
