Kuvaus

Build the foundation for new players before moving on to the Attack and Defense classes. Who it’s for: Players who are completely new to padel, or coming from tennis and getting used to the court, the walls and the scoring. Content: Introduction to the rules and the basic strokes, forehand and backhand technique, serve and return, and first contact with net play and simple volleys. The class consists of 1 hour of coaching and 0.5 hour of coach guided match. Please note: bookings can no longer be cancelled within 48 hours of the class.
