🎾 Beginners Padel Pathway – 3-Week Course Ready to take your first steps into padel? Our 3-week Beginners Pathway Course is designed to give you the skills, confidence and understanding you need to start enjoying the game. Across three progressive sessions, you’ll learn the fundamentals of padel in a fun, supportive coaching environment, with plenty of time to practise and play. Week 1 – Get Started Learn the basic strokes, grip, movement and positioning, while getting comfortable with the court and padel ball. Week 2 – Build Your Game Develop your forehand, backhand, volleys and serve, with simple drills designed to improve consistency and control. Week 3 – Play Padel Put your new skills into practice through coached points and match play. Learn basic tactics, positioning and how to work effectively with your partner. Whether you’re completely new to padel or have only played a few times, this course will help you build a solid foundation and progress towards playing confidently in social games.
