INTERMEDIATE (Defense: After Wall Shots & Lobs)

Develop the defensive game beyond basic execution: controlled play off the wall, lob placement under pressure, and the tactics behind working your way back to the net. Who it’s for: Players who are familiar with padel without mastering it. You are comfortable with the walls, you don’t avoid the net and you feel stable at the baseline, but you still make unforced errors there. Content: Double wall situations and recovery, lob height and placement against an attacking pair, defending the overhead, and coordinated movement as a pair while under pressure. The class consists of 1 hour of coaching and 0.5 hour of coach guided match. Please note: bookings can no longer be cancelled within 48 hours of the class.
