Inplay Lab (Levels 2.5+)

Matchplay + Tactical Coaching 🎾 A matchplay-focused session designed to help you make better decisions during real points. You’ll play competitive padel while receiving live coaching and tactical guidance, with a focus on: * Point construction and shot selection * When to attack, defend and reset * Tactical decision-making during rallies * Positioning and movement * Understanding why to play certain shots in different situations Rather than stopping the game constantly, the coaching is integrated into the matchplay so you can learn, apply and adapt in real time. After the session, you’ll also receive a personal post-game review, highlighting what you did well, key areas to improve and specific goals to take forward into your next sessions. Ideal for players who want to turn match experience into smarter, more confident decision-making on court.
