Kuvaus

CHIQUITA & LOB as ATTACKERS Learn to use two of the most important shots to displace your opponents. You will: * Improve chiquita control and placement. * Play the ball at the opponents’ feet. * Combine chiquita and lob. * Recognize when each option is appropriate. * Move forward behind the chiquita. * Use the lob when opponents stay too close. * Create transition opportunities. Key concept: Take the net tactically and without force.
