**Cancellation Policy: **
You can cancel for forecast bad weather up to 24 hours before your start time for a full refund via the Playtomic app.
If conditions are deemed unplayable or unsafe by Padel Pass - we may cancel your booking at our discretion. If we cancel, we'll offer a free reschedule subject to availability, or credit your Padel Pass wallet if we can't find a slot.
