Kuvaus

Focus on the attacking side of the game: volleys at the net and overheads, including the positioning and court movement that set them up. Who it’s for: Players who have played a few times and are comfortable with the basic rally, now working on moving forward and taking the ball out of the air. Content: Volley technique and contact point, when to step in and take the net, overhead execution, and net positioning as a pair. The class consists of 1 hour of coaching and 0.5 hour of coach guided match. Please note: bookings can no longer be cancelled within 48 hours of the class.
