Intro to Padel

The first step into your Padel journey! This 1 hour session gives you a basic introduction to all the different core shots, rules and scoring you need to know to go out and play for the first time. Ideal for those who have never played Padel before or for those with no previous racket experience. The session is primarily coaching with a chat at the end about next steps of playing Padel at Atmos Padel Chesterfield!
