Kuvaus

Focus on the defensive side of the game: playing the ball after it comes off the wall and using the lob to turn a defensive position back into a neutral one. Who it’s for: Players who have played a few times and are comfortable with the basic rally, now working on handling balls off the back and side wall. Content: Reading the bounce off the wall, footwork and recovery into position, lob technique and placement, and defensive positioning as a pair. The class consists of 1 hour of coaching and 0.5 hour of coach guided match. Please note: bookings can no longer be cancelled within 48 hours of the class.
