🎾 Padel 6 — Forehand & Backhand 🎾

🎾 Padel 6 — Forehand & Backhand 🎾 Build your foundation from the back of the court 💪 🚀 This session is part of Padel 6, our structured six-class beginner program designed to take you step by step from learning the basics to playing with confidence in real matches. 🧠🎾 In this class, we focus on the two most important shots in padel — the forehand and backhand from the back of the court. You’ll work on balance, timing, and controlled swings, learning how to hit the ball consistently and safely over the net. 👌 Through clear demonstrations and guided drills, you’ll understand how to prepare, where to contact the ball, and how to use your body — not just your arm. We’ll keep everything simple, effective, and fun. 🙌 Small group sizes ensure personal attention, plenty of repetition, and a relaxed learning environment. By the end of the session, you’ll feel more confident rallying, defending, and starting points from the baseline. 💥 🎓 Part of the Padel 6 pathway — complete all six classes to build a full technical foundation. ❌ Note: If the minimum number of players isn’t reached, the class will be automatically cancelled.
