Kuvaus

Become comfortable defending from the back of the court and the corners. You will: * Improve positioning before and after the glass. * Read the wall and ball trajectory early. * Understand when to use the glass. * Defend forehand and backhand rebounds. * Handle difficult corner situations. * Develop more consistent and safer defensive shots. * Recover position correctly after defending. Key concept: Read the rebound → control the ball → recover position.
