Padel x Pilates Social 🎾🧘‍♀️ 2 Hour event! We have Lucy from @rebalancemeuk Rally, then reset. Join us for a morning of two halves: start with a fun, friendly padel session on the court (all levels welcome, rackets provided), then wind down with a mat Pilates class to stretch out, strengthen up, and recover. Finish with coffee and snacks and some time to meet new people. No experience needed, just bring your energy and comfy gear. (mats and rackets provided)
