Junior Academy 5 to 7 years old

Cancellation Notice Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Late Cancellation / No-Show Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend, will be considered a late cancellation and the session will be charged in full. Make-Up Sessions Make-up sessions are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. They may be offered at the Academy’s discretion. Illness or Emergency In cases of genuine illness or emergency, please inform the Academy as soon as possible. Each case will be considered individually. Academy Cancellation If a session is cancelled by the Academy, a replacement session or appropriate credit will be provided. Programme Commitment Junior Academy sessions are structured as a programme. Once a slot is confirmed, the slot is reserved for the player and cannot be transferred or refunded due to personal scheduling conflicts. By registering for the Junior Academy, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to these cancellation terms.
