TUESDAY: Open Play

Looking for court time, a good workout and a chance to meet new people? Join our open play session, where the action is fast and fun. How it works Games are short and sharp: 10-point tie-breaks, then it’s time to rotate so everyone gets a go. First to arrive, first on court. The earliest players start the session. Everyone else joins the racket queue. When you arrive, place your racket in line. The order of the queue decides when you play next and who you play with, so you’ll get a fresh partner and fresh opponents throughout the session. Cost: Just £7 per person. Good to know: The amount you play will vary from week to week depending on how many players sign up. Bigger groups mean more variety and more people to meet, while smaller groups mean more time on court. Coach-led to start: A coach will run the first sessions to guide you through the format and keep things running smoothly. Once everyone is comfortable with how it works, the session will become fully self-run, with no coach needed.
